As an employer or third-party representative, you are requested to gather consent from the person for which you are requesting to perform a VEVO check on.
You must clearly disclose to the person you are conducting a VEVO check for that by receiving his check results you will have access to his visa subclass, expiry date, conditions, and work entitlements.
You must also disclose to the individual you are conducting a VEVO check for that, in the case of him staying in Australia illegally, the Department of Home Affairs may try to locate him by using the information obtained from the VEVO check.
